Too many of us are stressed out by our hard work. Here's a suggestion,
from my daughter, and in English!

Meditation & Spiritual Guidance
I would like to invite you to an intimate meditation class where you
can practice different breathing and self healing techniques.
Learn Shamanic wisdom and other spiritual guidance.
The course is built as 12 sessions of an hour and fifteen minutes each
Sundays at 8:30 pm. The courses will take place in Beersheva.
There is a possibility of opening an afternoon or morning class or
joining a Hebrew-speaking class on Wednesday evenings.
This course is also an important introductory class to my Channeling
Course and to the Shamanic Medicine card reading course.
