In my opinion it must be done as early as possible UNLESS the school gives extra lessons/ support to the kids. In My school we don't have this.. What we do have is Oz Latmura meaning maybe if there are kids we want to move up, we can use our individual (partani) hours to help them . HOWEVER as the coordinator , I prefer to start all the kids who we are NOT sure about in 4 points.. as I making the ''jump'' to 4 points is NOT easy.. I also put borderline 5 pointers in 5 points and if they can't cope they eventually go to 4 . Moving up from 4 to 5 isn't easy either so..
