You didn't get the FULL gravity of the situation at ALL!!
In the example provided:
He misses ALL the vowel sounds! (that are different from Hebrew).
That is, on 'eruption', he diphthongizes the /ee/ to /eey/
unnecessarily, doesn't get the short 'u' but does what most Israeli's
do which is to turn the short 'u' (as in up) into a 'patach'  and does
the same MIS-formation of the end of the word (tion) also turning the
sound into a 'patach' AND he gutteralizes the English 'r' into a
'resh'.
Other than that, Gee Whiz... it's 'close'!! [not]

And THAT is why our Israeli politicians, who think they know it all,
sound like such blubbering idiots when they insist on speaking English
in public forums such as those televised by the international media...
