Are you talking about oral hatamot testing? If so, the person in
charge of the bagrut exams is the one who should get the forms to you
to be filled out and he/she sends them in. If you are talking about
the regular oral bagrut that all students so- I got the old-fashioned
letter which I sent out via snail mail... am I missing something?
