Thank you Adinah for sharing your experience with the Log. Everything you
said is what those of us who opposed the program predicted. Plus you have
reached the same conclusion as we did even before starting the program, by
doing some research on the implementaion of HOTS abroad - that the teaching
of HOTS should be done in elementary school in L1. Of course, if we were to
get pupils in the high school who have already internalized HOTS, I have no
doubt that our teaching of Literature could be more rewarding (both for us
and for the pupils)
