I don't think there is a better choice for the log than "The Jew of
Saragosa". There is so much that the students could benefit from by
studying this story especially considering the fact that most of them
don't learn or know of the Inquisition or expulsion from Spain. I've
been teaching this "piece" ever since I realized this.
