[etni] Hatamot for Bagrut

I was just informed that hatamot for reading i.e. dics will be availabe
only for kids doing 3 point bagruts. IS THIS TRUE???
Does that mean that a kid dong the 4 or 5 point Bagrut that has diffuculty
reading and writing will have to do it without Hatamot?
