A haredi girls' high school in Jerusalem is looking for a substitute teacher
from the beginning of February to the end of May for 2 classes (9-10 hours a
week). Teaching days are Sunday and Wednesday, hours are pretty good (mornings,
ending at 1:45 at latest).
This is a small and supportive school with a great atmosphere. Our students are
new immigrants from Russia, Ukraine, etc. and are probably among the most
disciplined and motivated students in the country - this experience might put
you off ever teaching Israeli students again :-)
MUST be familiar with the requirements for the literature log and be capable of
teaching good five-point students, as well as weaker students.
