[etni] Hishtalmut for teachers taking students to Poland

Please could someone out there point me in the right direction. I am hopng
to go to Poland with my students in the new year and have been told that I
must participate in a specific Hishtalmut for this. However I was also told
that the one near to me (Zichron) will be during the Chanukah break when I
am unavailabel. I am willing to travel and also take a course on line. Any
