[etni] Hours gmul bagrut

I know we've had this discussion before but can any of you out there remind me
how you divide the gmul bagrut up for the modules?
We have always asked for 3.5 for 5 point, 3 for 4 point and 2 for 3 point,
according to 12th grade and the final module (for example even if you teach a 5
point class in 11th grade for module E, you only get the 3 hours 4 point gmul
if you teach 12th grade D and E). I
