An excellent way to help increase vocabulary is to change the
language settings on a cell phone. I recently did this to
improve my French and it's especially amazing how much my
reading vocabulary has increased. We are constantly checking
our phones which means daily contact with the target language.
A great challenge to higher level pupils. Words or phrases can
be immediately translated via the phone with sound as well.
