Dear Renee, You're right that the stores on the list are overpriced, but I don't know why you could't get things on offer at Hamashbir. My husband bought my daughter an excellent pair of sports shoes which were half price - with his Irgun gift card. I also managed to use mine in Gali for one of their offers (buy one - get one half price). Bonita.
