I agree. Before we reject criticism we have to see if there might be
some truth to it. Obviously this guy has an agenda and wants to prove
that his school is superior, but isn't it true that it is nearly impossible
to give 40 pupils in a class, even 33, a chance to talk? That's the
reason that at our school and many others, volunteers are invited to come
and help our Yud Bet pupils prepare for the Oral Bagrut; we just don't
have the means to give them enough oral practice. By this guy's
evasiveness on the wage issue, though, I don't think it would be a good deal
to leave the system and work for Berlitz...

Don't delete so fast. Take a look at where he actually places the blame:
