I highly recommend his book "The Element" (2009).
At the time of this lecture he was still writing the book, which he refers
to as "The Epiphany".
"The Element" is the point at which natural talent meets personal passion. The
book draws on stories of a wide rande of people from all walks of life showing
how they came to recognize their unique talents and were able to make a
successful living doing what they love.
