[etni] LD online bagrut - another question

I sent this yesterday, but it seems to have been lost, so am resending
(sorry if it goes through twice) -
a question (actually two)  for anyone who has done the online bagrut - who
is in the computer room during the test? a proctor from the חברת השגחה 
?
the computer tech? an english teacher?
and if there is a problem  during the test, who talks to the support people
at matach?
