I agree whole heartedly that Eric Cohen Books have the most amazing staff,
always friendly and eager to help. Their representative comes to see us at
a drop of a hat; nothing is too much for her.
I have sent two emails to UPP and neither has been answered, so they lost
out on us considering using their books. Maybe they don't need our support.
