[etni] Moed Bet cancelled for Modules?

I heard that there will not be a Moed Bet for pupils who were tested by
the Zvira mode- Modules (i.e those in 10th or 11th grade) since they
will have enough opportunities to retake the exam next year. I was told
that it has been cancelled and that only 12th graders who took the old
format will be able to retake in July.
My question is, if this is true, which mark will be counted if they do
not take Moed B but a whole other Moed (winter, for example). Is the
higher mark counted, or the later mark.
Judy, could you please give an official answer.
