[etni] Money from Irgun HaMorim

Who else remembers around November time the Irgun publicized that all its
members were getting some amount of money, something like 7,000 shekels within
the following two months?? This announcement appeared in all the newspapers.
We've never seen any of it. What gives?? Naively, Fruma
