[etni] Needing advice

Hi all,
This has nothing to do with English but plenty to do with the fact that you
are all wise and I can count on you for good advice.

I'm looking into buying a smartphone for my soldier son. I don't want to
rise to the dizzy heights of the Galaxy S3 or the iPhone.
Can anyone recommend a good, cheap(ish), reliable smartphone of any
manufacture that can stand up to the rigours of army life?
