[etni] Parent's visits to school

Hi All
Can anyone tell me what does the law says regarding parent's visits to their
children's classes at school.
A mother of one of my private students told me she is not allowed to visit
her daughter's classes.
I seem to remember being told, when I studied for my certificate, that
parents have "visiting rights" by law. Am I correct.
