Good Evening.
Those of you who follow my correspondence know that I plan to go on Sabbatical 
next year.

I have filled in the form that goes to the 'Keren'; it has been approved and my 
mailbox is full of booklets of courses.

However, I am told that i need to send a form to the inspectorate.  I tried 
looking it up on google but there are so many different forms i got a headache.

Is there anyone out there who has their paws on the right form?

Furthermore,  do I need to give in a special form for people who live in remote 
areas and want their transportation to their studies paid for?

Finally, I would like to repeat the invitation to teachers who want to come 
work in beautiful downtown Kiriat Shmona, which may no longer have a library,

but has open positions for English teachers.
