[etni] Summit - where can I buy a copy of the book

Hi all,

We received the following request:

> I read about Summit on your website.  Where can I buy a copy of the book?

In checking where Summit appears on the ETNI website, we discovered
the following page:

Results - "The Greatest EFL Book of Modern Times" competition

We held a survey a while back about which EFL Book teachers consider
to be the best of modern times, and the winners were (there was a tie
for first place):

"Summit" - by Evelyn Ezra

and

"Communicating in English" - by Joe Lison


If anyone knows whether Summit can be purchased - please let us know.
