Hi all

We would like to invite you to participate in an exciting new project
Talking Cultures which links English classes from different countries
and cultures together. British Council Israel is looking for 2 Junior
High School classes to share their culture with students from other
countries. Teachers will prepare their students to share information
about their culture by doing lessons provided to you in a Talking
Cultures kit on topics such as food and music. Your students will then
add information about themselves to a wiki (online collaboration tool)
to share with their friends from another country.

The project will begin on January 17th. This is when you and your
partner teacher will discuss your different timetables and arrange when
you will begin the project and for how long.

If you are interested in taking part in the project please email me by
January 7th @ Nicola.crowley@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Nicola
