[etni] The going rate for English tutoring?

Hi, Could anyone tell me the going rate for private tutoring in English in
Jerusalem?
I have a B.Ed. in TESOL and seven years classroom experience in Canada. I have
been tutoring kids here for the past three years, and recently have heard of
tutors getting almost double what I'm charging!!??!! What's fair?
