[etni] Totally confused!

Hi
I have been following the various responses and reactions on the forum since
yesterday's announcement on the HOTS issue. I have a question which doesn't
seem to have been addressed concerning the log....it goes like this.....
If the students who opt to do the exam don't have to study the HOTS, does the
same apply to those students doing the log? In other words, can we teach the
required number of literature pieces, keep a log of our students work, quiz and
test the studets on those pieces, but NOT relate to HOTS? It seems only
fair....
Hoping someone out there in ETNILAND can answer my question.
