i read some of the criticism on the list and must say that until now i
have agreed with it. they didn't get back to me, sales rep insisted on
speaking in hebrew, no free books, etc. however, i think they are
trying to change. spoke to a brit, got immediate service and got book
to see, if i asked for them, not automatically. i think their lit.
book has more meat on its bones and will try them this next year. so i
definitely am giving them another chance.
