[etni] UPP - a very disappointing experiencae

I asked one of my parents to order a book from UPP (as it was unavailable in
Jerusalem) and she ordered it via the UPP internet site and paid by credit
card.  This was a month  ago and as yet she hasn't received the book.  
 

She is very busy so only called today.  She was told they couldn't help her,
but  asked her to send an email to the company in charge of their internet
orders.  They basically passed the buck.  Has anyone else had this
experience?

 

Instead of becoming more efficient, I see the opposite.  I usually order
books from a person on the time, but my parent was too busy.  I wouldn't
recommend using the UPP site to order, only to phone in the orders.
