Dear Etniers, The unfortunate incident Philippa mentions comes under the heading of the "teething problems" of any new service and, in fact, it occurred barely a month after we launched our online book ordering option. We would like to point out, however, that Philippa did not get all the facts straight. As soon as this error came to our attention the mother in question received both an apology and the book! We are happy to tell you that many parents/teachers/students have already successfully used this online ordering option and we hope many more will do so from now on.
