[etni] apologies for the two digests this morning

Hi all,
This is an apology to those ETNI subscribers who receive the daily digest.
You received two digests this morning (yesterday morning, as you will be
reading this message tomorrow) - the second digest with only one message.
This is because I sent that message out to the list too close to the
generation of the morning digest. The digest is automatically generated and
sent out at 9:00 every morning, and it takes several minutes for it to be
sent out to all of the 576 people (as of now) who have signed up for the
digest. If I send a message to the list during that time, another digest is
automatically generated and sent out - as was the case this morning.
I will try not to let this happen again.
