[etni] bagrut answers

Would somebody be kind enough to give me the official answer to the multiple
choice question no. 7 of the E module in the Winter 2009 exam - the one called
"Racing
Into Space". The question reads as follows: What is the subject of the fourth
paragraph? I don't have the official answer document and it seems to me that a
case can be made for two of the four answers. Thank you in advance. David Bar
