Dear Adi and other interested ETNIers,
Have you tried Bookmooch? It is a site where you can write what books you
have that you want to give away. You earn points (by offering books and
then, sending books) and you can mooch (ask for) books from other people.
You can specify whether you are willing to ship abroad or only in your
country. You get books for the price of the postage it costs you to send
other books to people! (You can also refuse a mooch request, if you want).
It is a fun, ecologically responsible way to get books. There are THOUSANDS
to be had within Israel, alone. I highly recommend it:
