[etni] car insurance

Seeing that you are talking about health insurance, I have decided to ask if
Irgun Hamorim have any discounts when adding NEW DRIVERS or YOUNG DRIVERS? It
is incredibly expensive and all my friends that work in Government offices get
big discounts, so I was wondering if IRGUN HAMORIM has anything I don't know
about, and if not, can anyone suggest a reasonable insurance company for this
purpose.
