Hi all,
Check out a great tool called socrative which lets you run polls at the
speed of light.
It can be used with computers (from the site) or via cellphones (by
downloading an App)
The teacher goes to:
http://t.socrative.com
You create an account. By so doing, you receive your own room number.
The pupils go to:
http://m.socrative.com
The type in your room number to enter your virtual classroom, and then they
wait.
Once the teacher starts a poll, the pupils see the question on their
screens and answer it.
the teacher gets the results.
Try it. In most cases you don't have to prepare a thing!
