[etni] change in ETNI Advertisement Board

Hi all,
Because of technical problems, all of the listings on the ETNI
Advertisement Board have been erased and we are starting anew.
So if you put up an ad there recently, and it is still valid, please
post it again.
The new Advertisement Board address is:

Also, all registered users have been deleted, so if you have
registered in the past, you will need to register again.
This is an updated version of the Advertisement Board. You may, or may
not, notice any difference.
As, in the past version, if you choose to post as guest, your posting
won't go up onto the board until it is approved by a moderator. This
is done in order to combat the automatic spam engines. Some spanners
get around this by first registering to the board and then post their
spam. But we are moderating the board daily and will delete such
posts.
