[etni] coordinator- job description

I've been the "rakezet" in my school for years now, yet I find that as the
school grows, so do my "responsibilities", some of which, IMHO, belong to
the administration rather than the English coordinator.
Therefore, I'm interested in hearing from other coordinators (in both large
and small schools) - what is your job description? And is this description
actually written anywhere official, or each school works out what's best for
them?
