[etni] double lessong for vlass 4 and 5

Hi everyone,
I would like to know what the rules are regarding double lessons
for 4th and 5th grade. I remember there was a directive stating that puplis
should get maximum expose to
the English lanuage i.e. 4 times a week 45 min. Does anyone know the rules?
Or where I can find it????
