Subject: Saturday night rally
Dear Colleagues.
I'm calling on all my fellow teachers. Please, come
to the rally on Saturday night. Please spread the word
and take upon yourself to try to get as many other people
to go as you can. Not only teachers, but anyone who
cares about education. Parents, future parents,
students, everyone.
If we can get 100,000 people to fill the square on
Saturday night, this will send a clear message to the
government that education should be a priority.
I'm sure we all agree on that! A lot of people at the rally
will also most likely mean a quicker end to the strike.
I know we all have our disagreements about the irgun,
about the strike, about what needs to be done to
improve Education in Israel, but first, we must show
the government that there is a huge public that CARES
about education. So come!
There are many buses being organized, so check what is
happening in your community.
