Dear Sharon
I am replying to your posting (copied below from Etni) off the Etni list as I
can never get the hang of how to reply via the list ~ you can send this on to
them if you like.  I would be pleased.
If you look at the official bagrut exam answer key, for years on the rubric for
the writing tasks they have typed in "less than 50 / 25 words" (regular or
She'elon Mutam)

I have pointed this mistake out several times both to Judy Steiner personally,
as well as to several senior bagrut markers over the years ~ to no avail.  It
is highly annoying to teach correct grammar and then for inconsistencies and
incorrect usages to appear on the bagrut exam, of all places.  Actually, change
that adjective from "annoying" to unprofessional and or shameful and or
neglectful.  I am angry and feel someone somewhere should note this and then
correct it.

To this end, and in the hope of someone taking notice and doing something, I
have sent copies of this email to both Judy Steiner and Tali Menkin, who is in
charge of the bagrut marking.

Shabbat Shalom
