[etni] internal oral exam

Dear Etniers:
I read in the journal of the Irgun Morim that we are not supposed to test our
students for the oral bagrut (internally) - i.e. we are not supposed to give a
school grade. Have any of you heard of this directive? Are we supposed to just
send in the test grade? Will the test grade then be recognized as the "final"
grade? - Or are we supposed to just copy the test grade into the box that is
for the "school grade" and count it for both?
