back when we were doing projects (before the sanctions...) lots of us
did Jack Pillemer's wonderful lyrics project, that included
translating a song from english to hebrew, keeping the rhythm so it
could be song to the original music.
there is a new site
http://laaz.co.il/
where kids can post their hebrew translations of songs - and people
are con=mmenting on the words, rhythm, rhyme etc.
real life english learning......
