[etni] marvad site

A few bagrut examiners wrote that they are having
trouble getting into the marvad site. I just called
the marvad and they said that there is a genreal
problem and that's why we can't log in. The problem
should be solved by 5:00 this afternoon. So, try again
tonight or tomorrow.
