[etni] missing bio and photos

Hi Ellen,
In piecing together everything I can find, I am missing a bio and picture for 
Tareq Murad and a picture for Sara Shomron.

Do you know if we received a bio from Tareq? If not, we need to request one 
from him as soon as possible. Tell him to look at what others have submitted at

to get an idea what to send us.

If he can send also a digital picture, then great.

And please ask Sara Shomron for a picture. If she doesn't have one, I will 
simply erase the empty graphic square beside her bio.
