Hi all,

We have put up a new ETNI calendar tool on the ETNI website.
http://www.etni.org/webcalendar

We expect this calendar to become an important and integral part of the ETNI
site.

On this calendar will be listed holidays, conferences, study days, book
exhbitions, lectures... and any other events of relevance to English
teachers.

You can also post your own events on the calendar.

**Note - your posting does not go up immediately. Each day I will check
calendar postings waiting to be approved and I simply need to click on your
posting in order for it to be automatically posted. We do this so as to
prevent spam artists from putting unwanted entries up on the calendar.

If you move your mouse over any event on the monthly calendar, a window will
pop up with a longer description of that event. You can also click on that
event and be taken into the event entry. Once inside that event entry, you
can click on any active links. Most events that I put up will have a
clickable URL leading to either more information about that event, or
educational activies surrounding that event (i.e. holidays).

Therefore, when you post your own event, you will be asked for a brief
description (which appears on the monthly calendar), and a longer
description (which pops up when someone moves the mouse over the brief
description). You can enter html code into the longer description.

If you have any questions, you can write me at - david@xxxxxxxx
