[etni] new form for oral bagrut

Hi everyone,
Has anyone seen any guidelines about using the new forms for the oral
bagrut?
The form is completely different and it seems that the tester has to write
down the different grades he gives for each component of the test...
Interview - language and interaction and the same for the project.
Or should he just mark the final grade??
