[etni] no bagruyot in 10th grade next year???

I heard from a madrich in another subject area that due to the dictates of the
previous Sar Chinuch, starting next year 10th graders will not be allowed to
take any bagruyot. I'm curious if anyone else has heard this, and if this is
actually going to apply to English.
