Hi Tzila
I mailed this list a few months ago regarding the same subject. I am also in a
6 year school. We have been in Oz for a year in the high school - peima rishona
- and this coming september we will be going into Ofek in the junior high and
the second peima in the high school. I also have 8 hours in the junior high and
12 in the high school, and will be 56 next month.
So as you can see we are 'almost' in the same boat. All I can say is that I
never understood my salary in the past, and in the future there is no chance !
We are all very confused in the English department, who teach over 2 schools,
and just hope that the powers that be in our schools understand what they are
doing.
I know I didn't give you any advice whatsoever, but I just wanted you to know
you are not alone!!
