[etni] payment for English bagruyot

Could someone please explain to me the extra payments a teacher receives in a
year that her students complete a particular section of the English Bagrut? I
know there is a specific one-time payment when finishing "F" and "D" Logs (for
grading) but aside from that, I'm unfamiliar with the extra payments and how
they work. I teach in a new school where they're trying to figure this out,
and I just want to make sure they do so correctly! According to my menahelet,
in other subjects, you get paid based on how many "yechidot" your student are
taking in a particular year, but that doesn't seem to be the case in English
where, if you're teaching the 5 point bagrut, it's not like there are five
components that make up the the 5 points.Any help/guidance/information would be
