[etni] payment for LD kids...

at our school meeting yesterday, our minhala person said that over the summer
they got instructions from ORT about how to process the forms and pay
this. it seems that the irgun's pressure helped.
so in september they will process all the forms from last year and we
should get the money (i hope so....)
check with your school to see if they are taking care of this.
