[etni] replying to the digest - revisited

Hi all,
It appears that my first request didn't help - asking people not to include
the whole digest in their message when replying to a specific digest item.
So, in the feeble attempt to maintain what is left of my sanity, I have
decided not to forward messages to the list which are "one part" original
message and "nine parts" the whole digest from the day before. I just don't
have the time, any longer, to edit them out.
If you discover that your message hasn't made it through to the list, this
could very well be the reason.
