[etni] residence query

Hi all,
I am seriously considering relocating.
I was thinking of Netanya or Nahari'ya.
Was looking for a city with every convenience but small enough to be
friendly, preferably sea-side.
Would appreciate any recommendations, comments, thoughts from anyone living
there and about or who knows these places well, as I know next to nothing
about either.
